Barrok’s Tower Guidelines
1) First and foremost the site has been set up for gamers of all backgrounds. Therefore please refrain from any blatant trolling or using inflammatory statements which cause offence. In other words any bigotry, racism or sexism leave at the front door or we will come around to your house and poke you incessantly… you may just get banned.

2) Spam advertising. GAH. All spam bots will be sacrificed duly to the dark gods and curses will be spat upon their remains.

3) Advertising your sites can be done in the advertising section, where your site can be re-advertised once per month.

4) Flame Wars! If you desperately want to flame each other please do it over instant messenger, keep it off the boards as many of us do not want to read pages of what “Yo Momma” did and does. Flame Wars will not be tolerated at all.

5) Lords, Barons and Overlords (moderators, super moderators and Admin) are able to delete posts and raise bans. We do not do this lightly as we would hate to upset anyone’s creative zeal. These user group members can also be called into any dispute to try and help rectify a situation. If you need us... We will be there. In disputes which are raised before admin, the administrator’s decision is final.

6) This is a age 13+ forum. So please no explicit sex scenes or posts. Try to keep the swearing to a minimum (unless it’s really part of a gritty game). We all know combat is part and parcel of gaming but I seriously frown upon descriptive torture, rape and disgusting practices. You want to handle sex in a game – Fade to Black always works, I do not need to know about a dwarf’s throbbing manhood or anything of that nature. (Barrok goes to wash brain to get rid of dwarvish porn images)

7) Using the boards as a place to pass and discuss the passing of pirated merchandise is frowned upon. The board has once been nearly shut down by Wizards a few years ago due to the discussion of passing pirate copy PDFs. Please please please do not do this on the board.
